Celebrating Freedom: Join us in observing Juneteenth

Today we celebrate the 155th anniversary of Juneteenth, the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the U.S. This holiday honors the history and culture of African Americans and celebrates freedom granted through the Emancipation Proclamation. Celebrating diversity and learning from others’ perspectives provides an amazing opportunity for growth. As we continue with our goal to actively create a place at First Tee where every individual belongs, we encourage you to learn about this day with your family.
