Participants will submit a written essay focusing on how the students are a ‘Power for Good’ through service to their communities, schools, and/or neighborhoods.  The essay should include a summary of the impact of their efforts and how their work is connected to the values learned through First Tee and the game of golf.

Selection Process

Three essay applicants will each win a one-time $5,000 college scholarship plus a VIP experience at the John Deere Classic in Silvis, IL.  The experience includes accommodations for four-days/three-nights and air transportation for two, plus the chance to play in the Wednesday pro-am.
